Treatments

Which treatments are suitable for me?

During a skin analysis, our skin specialists can give the best advice and draw up a personal treatment plan.

As a new customer, we also have the welcome beauty treatment on offer once.

I'd like a one-time treatment, does that even make sense?

A single treatment certainly has its benefits. It is wonderfully relaxing for body and mind and provides beautiful skin for a few days. For long-lasting results, multiple treatments and good skincare are necessary.

Can I come right away?

Due to high demand, we work by appointment. We advise you to make an appointment well in advance of your desired date using our online calendar. In general, evenings are very busy. For specific questions, please feel free to contact us.

Is it possible to book a duo treatment?

You can book an appointment with us for the same time and be treated simultaneously. However, the treatments take place in separate treatment rooms so that we can give you our full attention during the treatment.

Are the treatments covered by health insurers?

A small number of skin therapy treatments are eligible for reimbursement through your health insurance. Depending on the terms and conditions of your basic insurance or supplementary health insurance, you may receive a partial reimbursement or even full coverage of the costs. On your health insurer's website, you will find an overview of these reimbursements and any associated conditions.

The following treatments may be eligible for reimbursement. Always check the terms and conditions of your own health insurance carefully. Reimbursement can vary per health insurer and depends on your personal conditions.

How do I cancel or change my appointment?

If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please email info@glow-institute.nl at least 48 hours before the appointment.

Clients are requested to notify us as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours prior to the appointment by email, if they are unable to attend or wish to reschedule an appointment. The client is at all times responsible for keeping the agreed appointment. In case of late cancellation, we are obliged to charge half of the costs. In case of no-show, we are obliged to charge the full costs.

What treatment do I need for my skin?

During a skin analysis, our skin specialists can give the best advice and draw up a personal treatment plan.

How can I improve my skin at home?

If you want to improve your skin at home, always start by requesting a free online skin consultation. You fill in the questionnaire and upload several clear photos of your skin. You will receive a personalized, tailor-made skin consultation from one of our skin therapists, which will consist of: an analysis of your skin, advice on our products that you can use for at-home treatments that genuinely improve your skin, and, if necessary, nutritional advice.

Can I get a peel during the summer?

We do not perform chemical peels during the summer. A chemical peel removes the top layer of skin, temporarily reducing its protective function against sunlight. This increases the risk of sun damage such as sunburn or pigmentation.

What can I do about acne?

Acne is a common skin condition. Leave your skin alone as much as possible and touch your face as little as possible. If you frequently suffer from acne, you can get medication for it from your GP. If medication does not offer a sufficient solution, you can make an appointment with us. We have various treatments for acne such as microneedling or different peelings.

How can I place an order?

Navigate to our shop using the menu. Place your product in your digital shopping cart using the 'add to cart' button. Click on view cart and, when you're done shopping, click on checkout.

Why have I not received an order confirmation?

It's possible that the order confirmation ended up in your email's spam folder. So, always check there as well. Has no money been debited from your account? Then the payment was unsuccessful. You can then place your order again. If the above does not apply, please contact us.

How can I change/cancel my placed order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes after an order has been placed. Of course, you can return the order after receipt, provided it is unopened.

Is an invoice included with my order?

We do not include an invoice with the order, but it will be sent to you by email. All prices shown include VAT.

How do I track my order?

Once the chosen courier service has received the order, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email with which you can track your order.

Shipping & delivery

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a link to your unique tracking number.
You can track the parcel using the provided tracking information, which also indicates the carrier's current shipping time.

What is the delivery time of my order?

We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM will be shipped the next day. Should we, for whatever reason, not be able to meet this delivery time, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.

Delivery is handled by PostNL or DHL. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, but this may vary per location.

I have not received my item

If you have not received your products within 3 working days of placing your order, please contact us by phone, email or App. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and are generally €7.25 including track & trace (up to 10kg)

Orders over €150 are shipped for free.
